Circuit Silverstone is located between Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire in Great Britain. It is named after the village Silverstone in Northamptonshire. The circuit has a length of 5,891 km with 18 turns and is known as the venue for the British Formula 1 Grand Prix.

The circuit can be divided into 5 configurations. The Arena Grand Prix Circuit is the largest configurations with a length of 5,891 km and 18 turns. It utilizes the new Arena section which was added in 2009. The Bridge Grand Prix Circuit has a length of 5,141 km and 17 turns. The International Circuit has a length of 3,619 km with 10 turns and the small configuration National Circuit has a length of 2,638 km with 6 turns. The smallest Stowe Circuit configuration has a length of 1,281 km and 5 turns. The smaller 3 constructions are used for smaller race classes. The Arena Grand Prix Circuit is used for the British Formula 1 Grand Prix and British MotoGP.

Besides the British Grand Prix, circuit Silverstone also hosts the British World Superbike round and British MotoGP.
