BGP Coach Combinations

All the BGP Coach packages include the round trip from London (near Victoria Station) in our comfort class coach. Breakfast is served by our host(ess) on board. Upon arrival you will receive your unique complimentary BGP backpack with your lunch.

BGP Coach Platinum
The Platinum package offers you the round trip London-Silverstone and a reserved seat on a Platinum Grandstand. (Woodcote A or Village B)

BGP Coach Gold
The Gold package offers you the round trip London-Silverstone and a reserved seat on a Gold Grandstand. (Woodcote B or Village A)

BGP Coach Silver
The Silver package offers you the round trip London-Silverstone and a reserved seat on a Silver Grandstand. (Copse)

BGP Coach Bronze
The Bronze package offers you the round trip London-Silverstone and an Admission ticket.

BGP Coach Basic
The Basic package offers you the round trip London-Silverstone. You can choose your own admission ticket. (You will not be allowed onto the circuit without a valid admission ticket).

05.45   Check in at Hudson Road (See map below)
06.00   Coaches leave for Silverstone
09.00   Arrival at Silverstone (Gate 3, behind Luffield)
16.15   Check in at the Bus parking
16.30   Departure from Silverstone
19.30   Arrival at Hudson Road

These times are an indication pending traffic. These times are based on last year?s schedule and are therefore quite accurate.

Getting there

By Road

Silverstone is located just off the A43 between M1 junction 15a and M40 junction 10.

Approaching from the M1 exit at junction 15a and follow the A43 signposted for Oxford. After the junction with the A5 near Towcester, follow the brown tourist signs (with the chequered flag emblem) to our main entrance.

Approaching from the M40 exit at junction 10 and follow the A43 signposted for Northampton. A few miles after the town of Brackley follow the brown tourist signs (with the chequered flag emblem) to our main entrance.

More information about this will be released by the Highways Agency closer to the time.

Parking

Silverstone has made tremendous improvements to its parking facilities over the past few years. With new road layouts and hard standing car parks around the circuit, our parking arrangements now cater superbly for all those wishing to drive to the British Grand Prix.

Park & Ride

There are 2 Park & Ride facilities. M1 Sixfields Stadium and M40 Hinton in the Hedges Airfield.

Saturday

Park and Ride sites are open from 3am on Saturday morning 7 July 2012. First buses will depart for the circuit at 5.30am. Buses will start return journeys from Silverstone back to the park from 4pm approximately.

Sunday

Park and Ride sites are open from 2am on Sunday morning 8 July 2012. First buses will depart for the circuit at 4.45am with final departure at 10am approximately. Buses will start return journeys 15 minutes after the end of the 2012 FORMULA 1 SANTANDER BRITISH GRAND PRIX.

The last buses will leave Silverstone at 7.45pm so please allow plenty of time to get back to the bus park. All vehicles must be collected from the Park and Ride by 9pm.

Airports

A near international airport to the circuit is Heathrow International Airport in London, which is Great Britain's main airport. London also has another large airport, which is Gatwick International Airport. From London it takes about 1,5 hour to travel to circuit Silverstone.

The nearest airport is Birmingham International Airport, but do note that this airport does not have as many destinations as Heathrow. From Birmingham it takes about 1 hour to travel to the circuit.

Public transport

By Rail

Visit National Rail Enquiries to plan your journey. The nearest Mainline stations are Banbury, Milton Keynes and Northampton.

Stagecoach will be providing a Grand Prix bus service to and from Northampton train station on all days of the event.

Taxis are readily available at all stations.

Car Rental

All mentioned airports offer international car rental services.

If you travel by car from London, follow highway M1. Go left at junction 15a towards Oxford/M40/N’Hampton (W)/A43. Follow the signs to Northampton and follow the signs to circuit Silverstone.

If you travel by car from Birmingham, take highway M6 towards London/M1/M42/M40. Merge onto M1 and turn to M40/Oxford/A43 at junction 15a. Take the 2nd exit on the N Roundabout to A43 towards M40/Oxford. Take the 3rd exit on the roundabout and follow the signs to the Silverstone circuit.

Hospitality 2012 F1 British Grand Prix

For the British Grand Prix we can offer you a variety of hospitality options. They are all perfect ways to entertain your friends or guests. What all locations have in common is a high quality of service, perfect viewing and excellent cuisine. The open bars offer champagne, beer and wines all day. VIP Parking is included (ratios vary from 4-1 to 2-1).

Paddock Club

The official F1 Hospitality located in the magnificent new Silverstone Wing. On top of all the action, you are invited to enter the Pit lane at set times to come as close to Formula 1 as possible. There is a reserved grandstand in the first corner for more racing enjoyment.

Silverstone Six

Silverstone Six hospitality village is nestled between Maggotts Corner and the Wellington Straight giving you and your guests a prime position to watch the race unfold. As the name suggests, the facility offers views of six corners from the VIP grandstand which include; Maggotts, Becketts, Farm Curve, Village, The Loop and Aintree.

Stowe Lakeside

You'll find our stunning Stowe Lakeside hospitality a stones throw away from the action on the inside of the breakneck Stowe Corner. Whether you choose the terraces or the official grandstand, the views have to be seen to be believed.

Drivers' Lounge
